Orange-you-glad you're-not-a-duck Glaze

2 tbls flour
4 tbls duck drippings (not droppings)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup frozen orange juice
1/2 cup currant jelly
1/2 cup sherry wine
1 tsp grated orange rind

Combine these ingrediants and cook over medium
heat until liquid thickens and turns clear.

Excellent with pheasant, grouse, or rabbit, also.
